Thayne Shatah is the best trainer I have ever met. There are no worksheet workouts. If you've worked with many "personal trainers" you know what I'm talking about. With Thayne it's not about a prescription workout. It is about you and what you need to do to meet your goals. He understands your limitations and helps you break through them one after another.
I started coming to Move With Intent with my wife just a few short months ago. The results have been incredible. We are both stronger, fitter, and healthier than we have been in decades. For the first time in my life I look forward to working out. I look forward to the next skill, the next breakthrough.

I Am Addicted!
After approximately 3 months of working with Thayne in a group setting, I was finally able to take advantage of a 1 on 1 session. I was not disappointed!!! Never have I repeated the same workout routine once, yet he always stays true to the basics involved with the kettle bell training along with other exercise techniques in his arsenal . He has a nack for being in tune to what my body's capabilities are and challenges them to the max. I myself was in the fitness industry for almost 30 years and by far Thayne is in the top percentage of great instructors that I have come across. I am more than satisfied and plan to schedule more 1 on 1's!

I would highly recommend Thayne Shatah at MWI Fit Athletics for anyone looking to make exercise an integral part of his/her life. Besides Thayne's depth of knowledge on the human anatomy and how to safely push your limits, he is also a wonderful motivator. To maximize the benefits of his routines, Thayne will mix kettlebell training, TRX, Indo Board, and a variety of other methods/tools to impact every muscle. This combination results in a stimulating exercise unlike the lull of a run on a treadmill. As a sufferer of osteoporosis, I have been able to avoid substantial bone loss by using nutrients and regular fitness. My doctor had told me that I should avoid climbing ladders in order to prevent a fall that would break my thinning bones. However, after my last exam, I was informed that my bone density had actually increased in all but one location. Personally, Thayne has had a crucial role in my overall health and wellness.
Beginning of a New Life
Thayne Shatah is an incredible instructor. The minute you meet him, you can tell he is very passionate in what he does. He pushes you more and more throughout every workout to try harder and do better. He is very patient and encouraging which causes me to push myself more because I don't want to let him down. In the month I have been to HitKBFit I have gotten stronger and lost a couple inches off of my waist. My recovery time has improved and I no longer feel winded when climbing stairs. I have even began to feel more energized and become more confident about myself, which has always been a struggle for me growing up. I'm so glad I came here first in my decision to lose weight. Everyday I come there is a new workout that pushes me to my limits. Thayne Shatah is the guy you should see if you are thinking of joining any gym, you will not regret it. Thayne Shows No Pain!
Thayne is a strength machine. At the RKC in Tallahassee, FL 2013 he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of custom tips for my body type that helped me get the most out of the experience. He conducts himself in a super professional manner but is also a nice guy. Some of the feats of strength he demonstrated including the performance on the rings was amazing. My pressing technique improved dramatically after just a few modifications from Thayne. If you get a chance to work with him I recommend it highly.
